1. About these terms

These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Sorsa. By creating an account, logging in, purchasing access, receiving access through a teacher, or using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.

2. Purpose of the platform

Sorsa provides digital learning resources, revision activities, student progress tools, practice activities and teacher feedback features. It is intended to support learning and revision. It does not replace teacher instruction, school requirements, assessment rules or official curriculum documentation.

3. Account use

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. Accounts must not be shared with other people. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should notify the platform administrator and reset your password as soon as possible.

4. Student responsibilities

Students must use Sorsa for learning purposes only. Students must not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with platform security, submit offensive material, copy another student's work, or use the platform in a way that disrupts learning for others.

5. Teacher and administrator responsibilities

Teachers and administrators must only access student information where it is reasonably needed for teaching, feedback, access management, support or platform administration. Administrator access must not be shared or used for unauthorised purposes.

6. Access to resources

Access to resources may be provided through purchase, subscription, trial, teacher/admin grant or another approved access method. Access may be limited by subject, year level, course, topic, start date, expiry date or account status.

7. Intellectual property

Sorsa's platform design, original resources, written explanations, activities, dashboards, code, layout and learning tools remain the intellectual property of their respective owner unless otherwise stated. Users must not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute or publicly share platform content without permission.

Students may use Sorsa resources for their own learning and revision. Teachers or organisations may use the platform according to the access rights granted to them.

8. Submitted work and feedback

Students may submit written responses and practice attempts for feedback. Teachers or authorised administrators may review submitted work and provide feedback. Submitted responses should be the student's own work unless a task explicitly allows collaboration.

9. Acceptable use

Users must not use Sorsa to upload, submit or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, offensive, misleading, malicious or inappropriate content. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, exploit bugs, overload systems, reverse engineer protected areas, or interfere with security features.

10. Availability and changes

Sorsa may be updated, changed, interrupted or temporarily unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed or removed as the platform develops. We aim to maintain access where reasonably possible, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of responsibility

Sorsa is provided as an educational support tool. While care is taken to provide useful and accurate learning support, users remain responsible for checking teacher instructions, assessment conditions, course requirements and official course information.

12. Suspension or removal of access

Access may be suspended or removed if an account is misused, access has expired, payment is not completed, a licence ends, or use of the platform breaches these terms.

13. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the Sorsa owner or administrator using the contact details provided by the platform.
